i never got my driving licence back in tx, but all this talk of hovercars is startin to make me think it's worth it. but i bet it'll be super hard and not as easy as the usual test -- not like those are real easy in the first place. i know a guy who's failed his like three times. i'm tryin to imagine parallel parking or three-point turns in a hovercar and i totally cant. |

why the hell aint anyone talkin about texas? i mean, i get that it isn't a fun topic -- i dont know hardly anythin about politics, i don't know enough to talk about it right -- but our president couldve been killed. and it looks like we've gone even further away from peace with tx. i still have friends back there. i tried to write about my summer classes but i didnt feel right doing it when, like, ive still got these news reports open in other tabs.
though i guess that's it for ~chronicling life in nyc~. dear blog collective: classes are going ok but im real worried about my home. the end.
on the bright side, im an aunt now?

i'm just sitting here in the livingroom with some old blu-rays, a mug of tea and a scented candle -- relaxing night x 19823901 -- but i'm still havin some real trouble sleeping.

sooooo i reckon i should do some advertising, be productive while i wait to lose this 2nd wind. i know spring's on its way, but it's still kinda chilly -- especially for me, nyc still feels colder than sin sometimes -- so if y'all are interested, i sell a lot of homemade clothes and accessories.
